Tours are offered daily Tuesday through Sunday beginning promptly at 11am, ending at approximately 1pm. You can pick-up the tour at the corner of Michigan and Monroe in front of Citibank. Tours start and stop at this location and there are no hop-on, hop-off capabilities.
