Tickets may be purchased online via our website.

Tickets may be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours prior to the start of the tour.

If you can’t make the tour, you can transfer the tickets to someone else by calling (773) 300-6346 to complete the arrangement. Please note that the ticket must still be used on the scheduled date and time as originally purchased.

There are not bathroom breaks on tours that are 2 hours or less in length.

A uniformed representative from South Side Tours will be present at the boarding location and will assist with check-in and onboarding.

Each tour has specific designated start (and stop) location. Please check the start/stop location for your specific tour in your ticketing confirmation.

We kindly ask that you do not consume food or open beverages on the bus outside of our designated food and beverage tours.

No. Parking for personal vehicles and bicycles is the responsibility of each guest. South Side Tours does not provide or cover parking during the tour, and guests assume responsibility for parking at their own discretion and risk. We recommend reviewing posted parking signs and local regulations before leaving your vehicle or bike. Please also allot extra time for parking, as our tours begin on time.

Most food stops on this tour include meat and/or poultry. Four of the seven stops offer vegetarian options, and our dessert stop includes a vegan option. We are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions, including vegan, gluten-free, Kosher, or other specialized diets beyond the limited options listed above. Guests with food allergies must notify the tour guide before the tour begins. While we will communicate allergies to our restaurant partners when possible, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. No refunds will be issued due to dietary restrictions, food preferences or allergies.
