Cancellation Policy

South Side Brewery Adventure Participant Waiver and Release of Liability PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. THIS IS A LEGAL DOCUMENT THAT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS. Acknowledgment of Risks: I understand and acknowledge that participation in the South Side Brewery Adventure Tour ('the Tour') involves inherent risks, including transportation, alcohol consumption, personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily accept and assume full responsibility for these risks. Alcohol Consumption and Personal Responsibility: - I am 21 years of age or older. - I will consume alcohol responsibly. - I will not drive under the influence after the Tour. Health and Fitness to Participate: I certify that I am healthy and able to participate and that it is my responsibility to monitor my own condition. Release of Liability and Hold Harmless: In consideration for being allowed to participate: - I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, waive, release, and discharge South Side Tours, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partner breweries from all claims or causes of action for injury, death, or loss. - I agree to indemnify and hold harmless South Side Tours from any claims due to my conduct. Emergency Situations: I authorize South Side Tours staff to seek necessary medical attention on my behalf if needed. Photo & Video Release Consent By participating in a South Side Tours bus tour, I hereby consent to being filmed or photographed. I grant South Side Tours LLC the right to use my likeness in photographs, video, or other digital media (“photos”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based platforms, without payment or other consideration. I understand and agree that all such media will become the property of South Side Tours LLC and will not be returned. I irrevocably authorize South Side Tours LLC to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photos. Severability: If any provision of this waiver is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force. Acknowledgment: I have read and fully understand this Waiver and Release of Liability and voluntarily agree to its terms.
